This is where it all began. The #4 reactor at the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant complex, located just north of the town of Chernobyl, Ukraine.
If you were to go there today, this would look a lot different. In the ensuing years, the original sarcophagus constructed in 1986, has been replaced.
