Please note:  I included the camera and lens information because quite a few people believe that if only they had a better or newer camera or a better or newer lens, they'd all of a sudden, quite miraculously actually, become a better photographer.  Nothing can be further from the truth.  And that truth is, if you can't get quality pictures from your current camera and lens, don't blame the camera or lens.
