Processing information:
Cropped to get rid of excess background.
Basic Exposure and Lighting Corrections.
Remove Acne and other Blemishes.

People tend to be more demanding of portrait adjusting, because it is possible to totally overdo it and make the photo worse than when you started.  A few basic tenet is that for skin to look natural, there has to be faults and imperfections.   Nobody has perfect skin, after all.
